How long does UPS Ground shipping take?

It depends on how far from us you are located. Typically it takes 1 to 5 business days from the date your package is shipped. Click here for a UPS Time in Transit Map.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge you what it costs us to ship via United Parcel Service which is determined by the package size, weight, destination, and shipping method (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.). All the details are entered into our UPS World Ship System and we are given the shipment cost. This amount, along with a small packaging charge is added to your invoice. At your request we will advise you of shipping and packaging costs prior to shipping your order.

Can I get a custom fabrication quote over the phone?

We ask that you Fax or email us a dimensioned sketch or simple drawing of what you are looking for. Our experience shows that verbal communication of dimensions leads to mistakes and misunderstandings. Our goal is to get you an accurate quote in a timely manner and the best way for that to happen is to get the specifics of your request in writing.

Can you tell me my shipping charges before I place my order online?

There are too many variables in the shipping cost equation. For example: If you order a variety of different items they may all fit into one box or they may need to be packed into several boxes. It is nearly impossible to determine in advance how all your items will be packaged and how much each package will weigh. Some companies will charge a percentage of the total order, say 10 - 20% of the price and charge you that amount for shipping. We have found that this isn't fair to you and sometimes it isn't fair to us. We want our customers to understand that we are in the business of selling plastic displays not shipping services. Our goal is to get our merchandise to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible. As a result, we cannot give you an accurate shipping cost until your order is packaged, weighed and that information along with your address is entered into our UPS World Ship program.

Why was I charged for packaging?

Acrylic displays are fragile and require extra packaging materials to insure they arrive undamaged. Packaging costs are not built into our product pricing, it would be unrealistic to do so. Packaging materials such as double boxes, bubble-wrap and corner guards can really add up especially when you ship as many packages as we do every day. To keep us out of the red, we pass these costs onto our customers. We buy these materials wholesale and charge only what it costs us. We are in the business of selling plastic displays not packaging materials. Our goal is to get our merchandise to you undamaged and at the lowest cost possible.

Why was I charged for TRACKING?

You weren't. Tracking is the UPS Tracking Number and we provide that free of charge so you may track your package on the UPS Web Site.

When will my order ship out? Are your items in-stock?

We maintain a huge inventory of our products but we do occasionally run out of popular items. Our goal is to ship your order the same day if your order is received before 1:00 pm PST. Otherwise it will ship the following business day. If your items are out of stock or we need to manufacture something special it will take a little longer and we will contact you if it will take more than a couple of days to ship. If your order is time sensitive please advise us so we can do our best to make sure you receive it on time.

How sturdy is your plastic?

We do not make our displays out of flimsy materials. That being said, some plastic materials such as Acrylic are fragile and will break or crack if dropped onto a hard surface. We manufacture our acrylic displays to be sturdy, attractive, and durable but they can and do break if dropped or are poorly packaged for shipment. Our injection molded literature displays and brochure holders are manufactured out of a high impact plastic resistant to breakage.
